Almost anyone who has incorporated technology has experienced the embarrassment, humiliation, and frustration of an epic technology fail.

In this lighthearted Tech Talk, we will explore strategies and tips to prevent and minimize disasters before, during and after an epic technology fail.

Teacher's Institute! May 24th-25th

  NM DELT is excited to request that you Save the Date! 

Thank you NMAEA for Bringing the Teacher's Institute Back to Life! 

For those of you who have never attended this conference, the Teachers' Institute is a two-day opportunity for teachers throughout New Mexico to share best practices, network, and simply enjoy learning from each other. All presenters will be local teachers, and all teachers are encouraged to submit a presentation proposal! Here are the details of the conference:

• Dates: May 24-25, 2018
• Location: Alamosa Community Center
  • 6900 Gonzales Rd SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121
  • Meeting Rooms A&B
• Conference Hotel: Hampton Inn and Suites
  • 6150 Iliff Rd. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87121

There is no fee to register for the conference. In addition, NMAEA will cover the cost of 1 hotel room per program for the night of May 24th. If you would like to purchase additional nights for this block, the room rate is $89 + tax. Please let me know if you would like to do this. Breakfast is included in the cost of the hotel room. Snacks and lunch for both days will be provided by NMAEA as well.

Gearing Up For COABE 2018!

The NM DELT Team is Gearing up for the 2018 COABE Conference Phoenix, Arizona  March 25-28th

The NM DELT Team are boarding planes and finishing up final touches on presentations as they prepare for the 2018 COABE conference. Many in the Adult Education field in New Mexico are joining us to share, learn and return with fabulous tools and insights on how to improve our practices here at home. NMDELT Virtual Conference!

The NMDELT Team is excited to announce that the 2nd Annual NMDELT Virtual Conference will be on Friday, March 2nd! This year, we will be offering three different tracks of webinars: an Administrator Track, and ESL Track, and an Adult Education Track. Webinars will be running every 50 minutes from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
